If someone asks something outside of what the agent knows, it will politely let them know that a member of the team will follow up. It then collects the caller's name, phone number, and reason for calling so your team can get back to them quickly. Nothing gets dropped.

Your agent gets a dedicated phone number that you can publish anywhere — your website, Google Business Profile, ads. Many businesses simply forward their existing number to it (always, after-hours only, or when busy). You can also test the agent by voice right from your dashboard in the browser.

Yes. Every call is automatically turned into a written transcript so you can read exactly what was said, and the system generates a short summary of each call so you can scan many calls quickly. Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

There are no contracts and no long-term commitments of any kind. Your plan is billed month to month and you can cancel whenever you like. We believe the service should speak for itself, so we do not tie you into anything.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once you cancel, your agent stays active for the rest of the billing period you have already paid for, then it simply stops. You will not be charged again after that.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. If your business grows and you need more call minutes, you can upgrade your plan at any point from the Billing page in your dashboard. The new plan takes effect right away with its full minute allowance.

What happens if I go over my monthly minutes?

You will get an email warning when you reach 80% of your included minutes, and another when you hit the limit — so you are never caught off guard. Once minutes are used up, upgrade in one click from your dashboard to keep the agent answering.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

You do not have to give it up — most businesses keep their existing number and simply forward it to their agent's dedicated number (always, after-hours, or when busy). If you want to fully port your number across, get in touch and we can talk through the options.

Will the AI pick up calls from my family and friends too?

Only if you let it. Instead of forwarding all calls to your agent, set your phone to forward only when you are already on another call or do not pick up. That way, any personal call you answer yourself never touches the agent at all.
